Each limited edition reproduction offered on stathispetropoulos.com is signed by the artist.                     The reproduction is shipped without a frame. It is packaged in sturdy cardboard and bubble-wrap guaranteeing its safe arrival to its new owner.

Process time

The aim is to get your order delivered to the courier service as fast as possible. They are carefully packaged before dispatch. All original drawings and reproductions are shipped without a frame, packaged in sturdy cardboard and bubble-wrap guaranteeing its safe arrival to its new owner.

Please allow at least 2 to 4 working days to receive a dispatch note from the artist.

Shipping method

All orders within Greece are sent by courier service. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been handed out for delivery. 

All international orders are shipped by courier service. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been handed out for delivery. 

Shipping costs

Orders within Europe are free of shipping costs.

Orders for the rest of the world have an additional cost of 80 Euros.

Shipping time 

When the order is being shipped, it is the carrier’s liability for time in transit and delivery. The arrival date is depending on the location of the destination.

Be aware that international orders do take time, but please do not hesitate to contact the artist if your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks for European orders. Non-European destinations can easily take longer to arrive.

International Import Duties

Stathispetropoulos.com cannot be held responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on your country’s import laws and regulations. Duty rates are set by individual countries, and they are beyond the artists’ control. Stathispetropoulos.com are unable to refund any orders that are sent back as a result of customs and excess fees.

Returns

Unfortunately, the artist does not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations after the order has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged painting, please contact the artist immediately after receiving your order. Please include a photo of the damaged artwork, so a solution can be provided to you. 

Payments 

At check-out all payments are via Paypal, Apple Pay or Credit card.

Copyright

The purchase of a painting does not include the purchase of the copyright, which means the copyright is non-transferable and remains the artist’s own property. Please do not copy or duplicate the artwork without the artist’s consent and respect the artwork as it is. However if you have questions about a possible collaboration or commission, please feel free to contact the artist.

Color accuracy 

Please note that colors may slightly vary due to monitor settings. The artist is doing his best to show all artworks exactly as they are and cannot be held responsible for difference in color due to different screen settings.
